Terms of Service
Last updated: October 23, 2026 · Version 1.0
The agreement
Marquee is operated by OpsRepair. These terms are between you and OpsRepair. Parent company: https://opsrepair.com. Contact daniel@opsrepair.com; phone: (571) 540-9001; mail: 2709 S Oakland St, Arlington, VA 22206. You must be at least 18, act for a business, and have authority to bind that business. Give accurate account information, verify your email and protect your login. Administrators must use two-factor authentication.
Our marketplace role
Marquee connects advertisers with hosts who control local ad spaces. We are not the host or advertiser and do not own every listed placement. We provide discovery, design, booking, payment coordination, delivery coordination and reporting. Specific obligations are in the Host Agreement, Advertiser Agreement, Ad Content Policy and Refund Policy. The marketplace remains in private preview; sample test bookings are labeled, never charged and excluded from earnings.
Fees and payment
The checkout breakdown shows the placement price, Marquee fee, applicable print/shipping charges and usable credit. Marquee charges its displayed fee on each paid booking; there is no host membership fee. Prices and rates may change for future bookings, not retroactively for a confirmed purchase. Real payments clear before fulfillment. Manual test payment records and payout markings are not proof of a bank transfer.
Content and acceptable use
You own or have permission for all artwork, trademarks, photos and claims you submit. You grant Marquee and the relevant host/printer a nonexclusive license to store, resize, print and display that content to carry out your campaign and reporting, for the booking and necessary record retention. You retain ownership. Do not upload illegal, misleading, hateful or infringing material, exploit devices, circumvent review, inflate attribution, scrape private data or spam others. The Ad Content Policy applies.
Availability, liability and disputes
We take reasonable care but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, every device's uptime, precise impressions, sales or campaign results. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available and implied warranties are disclaimed. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses. Marquee's aggregate liability is limited to fees you paid Marquee in the 12 months before the claim, except where law prohibits a limit or for fraud, willful misconduct or rights that cannot be waived.
You indemnify Marquee for third-party claims arising from your unlawful content, infringement or material breach, subject to prompt notice, reasonable cooperation and your ability to defend the claim; no settlement binding us without consent. We may suspend or terminate access for fraud, unsafe content or material breach. Outstanding payments, lawful retention and accrued rights survive. Contact support first to resolve a dispute. The laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia govern without conflict rules; subject to mandatory rights, disputes are heard in Virginia courts with jurisdiction. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration.
Changes
Material changes are announced in-app or by service email. The new date/version appears here and acceptance is requested before continued marketplace use. Existing confirmed bookings remain subject to their agreed prices and protections.
