Ad Content Policy

Not accepted

No illegal products or services; adult or sexually explicit content; weapons; tobacco, vaping or cannabis advertising; misleading/unsubstantiated claims; hate, discrimination, harassment or threats; or use of someone else's trademarks, copyrighted content or likeness without the necessary rights. Political candidate and issue ads are not accepted at launch. Gambling requires lawful licensing and explicit host permission; illegal gambling is prohibited.

Restricted categories

Alcohol, lawful CBD and dating require explicit host opt-in and Marquee review, appropriate audience/context and all legally required disclosures. Approval does not substitute for your licensing or legal obligations. Cannabis remains prohibited; labeling it CBD does not bypass the rule.

Review and removal

Every submitted creative is reviewed before it is approved for playback or printing. Hosts may decline ads within their review arrangement and content rules. We may request evidence, revisions or removal and can suspend unsafe or deceptive content. Report a concern to daniel@opsrepair.com. Rejection/refunds follow the stage of the booking and the Refund Policy, not a promise of automatic reimbursement for prohibited content.
