Partner Program Terms

Joining and conduct

Agencies bring advertisers; promoters bring hosts and spots; an approved partner may do both. Apply with accurate business/contact information and accept these terms. Approval is manual; pending or suspended status does not confer commission rights. No spam, misleading claims, guaranteed-result promises, unauthorized use of our brand, self-referrals or manipulated bookings/scans.

Attribution and earnings

The first valid referral wins. With cookie permission, the referral cookie normally lasts 90 days; Essential only/GPC prevents it. A voluntarily entered code or approved client invitation is a separate attribution source. Account and spot credit windows are displayed in the program: agency credit may continue while active and promoter credit normally lasts 12 months from the spot's first paid booking. Admins may correct erroneous/fraudulent attribution with an audit record.

Commission is only a share of Marquee's fee on real PAID bookings, never an added charge to the customer and never earned on signups or sample tests. It remains pending until eligible go-live/verified installation, is subject to review and is reversed on a refund or cancellation. If already paid, an overpayment can be offset against future earnings or recovered. Rates, tiers and bonuses are shown by the current program settings, not permanently guaranteed.

Payouts and agency fees

Payout batches are monthly after commission approval. The current minimum threshold is $0; staff manually process payouts, subject to verification and tax/payment details. A paid marker must not be treated as an automated bank transfer. Agencies must disclose any management markup as a separate fee to the client and stay within the displayed cap (currently 30% by default). Agency-on-behalf checkout/collected markup is not yet live, so do not promise automatic collection through Marquee.

Changes and termination

We give at least 30 days' notice of material prospective rate changes through the partner dashboard or service email; earned amounts are not retroactively repriced. We can suspend/terminate for abuse, fraud or breach and review unpaid commissions. You may leave through support. Accrued lawful obligations, refunds and retained financial records survive.
